A thoughtful gut renovation rooted in classic New England character, this Newport home was reimagined with an emphasis on timeless materials, tailored detailing, and everyday function.

Our role encompassed the interior architecture and design from concept through completion, including custom cabinetry design, finish and material selections, hardware, and lighting. Custom millwork was designed throughout to maximize storage while giving the home a sense of permanence and architectural detail. Warm painted cabinetry, natural stone, aged brass hardware, and traditional detailing create a refined foundation that feels both classic and lived-in.

Every element was considered as part of the whole—from the proportions of the cabinetry and placement of hardware to the relationship between finishes, lighting, and architectural details. The result is a home that feels distinctly rooted in its Newport setting while remaining comfortable, practical, and personal to the people who live there.
